Management needs to have enough employees at the front end to keep the customers happy.

When adli bought us, they are going to make changes that will complely change why custmers love this company

Making managers that are not equipped forcing theor religipus and ideology on workers.

Hiring process needs improvement so eligible workers feel comfortable

The store needs to find better management that will work with the employees instead of just gossiping about them. And hire employees that are reliable and like to work. Pay the employees what they deserve to be paid.

There are lots of issues that need to be addressed with certain co workers not doing what they are supposed to and no communication

prices are always messed up, the company doesnt show they care about the workes and we arent accomidated

Product shortages ,harder working managers

The store needs entirely new management.

Talk to most folks and they say the same thing something is 2rong

Have better management, stop playing favorites, stop promoting people who are not the best for the job. Stop treating employees like they are just a commodity.

Store manager only cares about her little gang of 5 that are always around her.There are always 2 of them with her at any given time

Cutting hours and adding more responsibilities to employees without raising wages has demolished morale and is brewing resentment towards SE Grocers.

Pay the employees more. After nearly a decade with the company, I still make less than 10 dollars an hour. Ridiculous.

What do you like best about your company?

Helping the patients and customers. Trying to give them all a personable, valuable, positive experience. Each and every one I encounter. Saving them money using discount cards when they have no insurance. Doing whatever I can for THEM, because likewise, it does something special for me.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Appropriate staffing, better customer service by many I see around me. I don't like hearing or seeing anyone with a negative impression when they are in or are leaving the store. We need more professionalism, better customer service skills, & appropriate people to do their jobs & excel at them.
