There are no benefits. Not one. There are no raises provided for any reason.
Because i am the yougest in the cash office i get paid the least, i get paid paid .50 more cents then the cashiers and i do 4x the work. Thats not fair and i have asked for a raise and my store manger has put in a raise request and raido silence. Giving livable wages! I cant live on 12.50 an hour.
The pay is not livable and nobody gets paid fairly. There are people who do more and have a higher position that get paid less than others.
A better hourly wage for a start

Stop talking negatively about each other. Everyone working better as a team and supporting each other.
You're being led by managers that you never have that position which is making the whole company dysfunctional
I was doing my training on a freezing room and coworkers were takking away where i could not hear the trsining voice on the computet. Very rude

They do not want input. They dictate everything. Nothing is based on experience and what you bring to the table.
That they offer an alternative as to where you want yo work and nit lie about having offerrd you a job or have called snd sdk you to tske sn alternative position. Which in my case the manager clsims he did
They hire on the spot with most employees because of how desperate for help the store is, so they hire a lot of people that just cause more problems and don’t like to work. So actually interview the people you’re hiring would help a

Hiring process needs improvement so eligible workers feel comfortable
Appropriate staffing, better customer service by many I see around me. I don't like hearing or seeing anyone with a negative impression when they are in or are leaving the store. We need more professionalism, better customer service skills, & appropriate people to do their jobs & excel at them.
