What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am intern. I don't have a compensation package.

Compensation is fair and matches the required focus and drive to attain objectives

Base pay is fair and lucrative. Bonus structure is quarterly

No respect of the work contract.

more hikes and appraisals be given

Salary is less and hikes are rare

wipro does not want to build a scale of skilled resources - it's just a body shop

Per industry it should have been 3X of current salary

As like any other company they are giving basic salary to campus joinees and their revision cycle is pathetic

Compensation needs to be raised.
