Professional and hard-working team. The colleagues and direct manager (in my team, at least) are a good part of the job

Managers to lead in better way
Leadership needs to adjust to the geography and note that leadership needs to be educated on how to treat direct reports.

Very clear objectives for each step. Friendly and articulate interview process with communication regarding ability to move to next step in process

Change the HR team completely. HR management are worst I have seen ever.
Clarity and clear expectations along with timelines
Asking questions relevant to the role, sharing JD prior to the interview, removing any bias based on past experience and physical appearance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the sales and execution teams have disconnects leading to issues with customer delivrables.
For my one HR query they took 2 months to resolve. They are not either asking you or nor interested in communication.

Internal focused, Margin oriented, highly operational focus, running behind revenue and margins results in loosing customer focus
