the sales and execution teams have disconnects leading to issues with customer delivrables.

For my one HR query they took 2 months to resolve. They are not either asking you or nor interested in communication.

Internal focused, Margin oriented, highly operational focus, running behind revenue and margins results in loosing customer focus
