Caring about their employees. During the hurricane they were indecisive about everything until the very last moment. This hurt us all.

Focus is on making money and spending little on employee needs. This needs to be readjusted. No Positions for Crisis Management = repeats
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fix outlook on those with sickness is to punish if more than a small period within a year. Vacations & 401k should be readjusted higher.
