whole compensation package is great. much better than other companies.

Health care is great and about 90% more affordable than any other company where healthcare isnt free

401k is generous, healthcare is at 25$ copay and costs 125$ a month

Health care cost is inexpensive.

Benefits. Wish we at least got bonuses throughout the year like management and executives. we deserve it.

Compensation is very good, but benefits for sure.

The insurance coverage is the best part of our insurance package. I have a lot of health issues, and the amount of out of pocked payments I have to make is 1/4 what it has been even on the best plans I've been on before this!

Total compensation is way below average compared to narket. Role to title match is off

For the responsibilities I have, the value I provide the overall organization (not just my team or cross functional teams), and the level of my role the compensation does not align. Understanding what the pay range for my role is and where I fall would help.

I was paid less than those doing way less work than me. Promoted to a manager without any pay increase.

They will add more responsibility without any regards to pay

The work is plentiful and u r not compensated fo competency

We are just numbers here, no acknowledgment when you perform above expectations. We get paid at or below average, no matter how well you do that year you typically get the same percentage raise as everyone else.

They make you feel like there's no advancement after many years of work

Better PTO, more salary, bigger bonuses

It is well known within the company that you have to leave and come back in order to get the pay you should be getting. WWT is infamous for promoting without compensating. Ive been there 20 years and am directly responsible for a critical business function globally. I am certainly underpaid.
