Benefits. Wish we at least got bonuses throughout the year like management and executives. we deserve it.
Compensation is very good, but benefits for sure.
The insurance coverage is the best part of our insurance package. I have a lot of health issues, and the amount of out of pocked payments I have to make is 1/4 what it has been even on the best plans I've been on before this!

We are just numbers here, no acknowledgment when you perform above expectations. We get paid at or below average, no matter how well you do that year you typically get the same percentage raise as everyone else.

It is well known within the company that you have to leave and come back in order to get the pay you should be getting. WWT is infamous for promoting without compensating. Ive been there 20 years and am directly responsible for a critical business function globally. I am certainly underpaid.
