I really don't know how things can be improved when you bring up situations they're swept underneath the rug and when you're honest it kind of digs a hole to the employee
Hire enough employees so that the entire team can work no more than 50 hours a week. Many of us have been waiting over a year for “backfill” all while we’re carrying multiple job roles. It’s simply not sustainable.
