Linda Chen — President of Wynn International Marketing, Ltd at Wynn Resorts

Ms. Linda Chen has been the Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Macau Ltd. since September 16, 2009. Ms. Chen has been the President of Wynn International Marketing Limited, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts Ltd. since January 2005. She has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A., a subsidiary of Wynn International Marketing Limited since June 2002. She is responsible for the marketing and strategic development of WRM. She served as Executive Vice President of International Marketing for MGM MIRAGE from May 1997 to May 2002. She served as the Executive Vice President of International Marketing for Bellagio and was involved with its opening in 1998. Prior to MGM MIRAGE, she served in various senior positions with Mirage, MGM and Bellagio Hotels and opened each of the three properties in 1989, 1993 and 1998 respectively. She serves as a Director of Wynn Las Vegas, LLC. She has been an Executive Director at Wynn Macau Ltd. since September 16, 2009. She served as a Director at Wynn Resorts Ltd. from October 2007 to December 13, 2012. Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 1989 and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Development Program in 1997.
