Nothing do not care about staff
They're easily approachable and concerned about your working conditions. Everything is tailor made for your comfort and success in your role.
Care deeply about maintaining our values and reputation
Outstanding leadership! They not only listen, they act on ideas.
That they will try to solve any problem that comes up as a team
Mangers do jot care about their people. There is no compassion or empathy to be found. If you do not take care of your people, your people will not take care of you.
Everything. You guys live in a realm of delusion. You go home telling yourselves youve done a good job that day when youve done anything but that. You arent making the world better, youre making it worse. Your fantasy of harboring a 5-star environment is just that, a fantasy. Youre far from it.
Leadership and moral. It's NEVER BEEN WORSE!!!
Listen to needs of guests and employees instead of being too pretentious to not hear us

The health insurance that really comes from my union. But it is really good. Co pays are low most things are covered.
Review from Operations Dept
Great health insurance package for employees
Proper pay rise and support
I analyze. I can rough calculate the amount of profit my department alone inccurs annually. None of this is being seen by front line workers.
Well, in my department they have most employees scheduled at 29 hours a week when benefits kick in at 30 hours a week. This is surely done on purpose, and is one of the several scandalous practices of this company.
They should be the highest paying property on the Strip, but continually lag behind other employers
Paid portage for groups over ten persons
They work hard and are dedicated to the team as a whole.
They care a lot about everything and everyone
Although I'm on the bottom front line at the moment, i have over 30 years of supervisory/management experience doing exactly what im doing now. I cringe at the way operations are because I cannot do anything about it at the moment. Change is good. Change will be coming soon. I have vision.
if you need to be uplifted, just come in to my department and meet some of my team members.
The team is like my family but sometimes upper management pits us against each other
Review from Customer Support Dept
time management productivity amongst senior management
Quit worrying about others business
the once a month charity drive our company does for tax writeoffs
Some days we have each other's backs (coworkers). Most days youre out for yourself. It's survival mode each and every day. Keep your head down, play pretend, and tredge on.
It feels like family. Food is good. Uniforms are nice.
The local community looks up to our company

Management as a whole - at the hotel

Interaction with close team members
I gave the best interview of my life. My interviewers left something to be desired.
Seemed like every answer you gave was a great one!
It was to the point , they asked questions to test my food knowledge and didn't waste my time with questions about other departments that I have nothing to do with.
Review from Operations Dept
Very laid back interview process, easy people to talk to and share your experience
Preference, only accepting people with good connection
Quicker decisions and better pay
Review from Operations Dept
The job and culture was oversold. It needs to be more honest, and panoramic interviews are just awful.
Review from Operations Dept
Streamlined, efficient, productive, effective and communicatable.
Making people happy each and everyday
Knowing that i have a plan & will rise to where i want to be so I can implement the changes that will take care of my employees to ensure they are happy, respected, have a means to provide for their families, & actually want to get up out of bed in the mornings & be excited for a fun day at work.
Meeting new people every day from all over the world.
I get credits for my achievement.
The people I work with. They're fun to be around and I get a free cooking lessons from them.
Review from Operations Dept
I just need to get a different career so I can be done with this place. Im working towards that goal. To increase employee morale and satisfaction would take a page-one-rewrite, something short of a miracle.
Maybe it is time to drop the nepotism and bring in successful casino operators from elsewhere
Review from Customer Support Dept
Morale is bad. Our department director says he cares about his people, but he isn’t fooling anyone. It’s not a family friendly environment at all, and the workload and the lack Of considerations are pushing the supervisors to the edge. Too much responsi
