Mangers do jot care about their people. There is no compassion or empathy to be found. If you do not take care of your people, your people will not take care of you.
Everything. You guys live in a realm of delusion. You go home telling yourselves youve done a good job that day when youve done anything but that. You arent making the world better, youre making it worse. Your fantasy of harboring a 5-star environment is just that, a fantasy. Youre far from it.
