Knowing that i have a plan & will rise to where i want to be so I can implement the changes that will take care of my employees to ensure they are happy, respected, have a means to provide for their families, & actually want to get up out of bed in the mornings & be excited for a fun day at work.

Getting to interact with my coworkers and doing my job
I just need to get a different career so I can be done with this place. Im working towards that goal. To increase employee morale and satisfaction would take a page-one-rewrite, something short of a miracle.
