Ms. Teresa M. Mogensen has been Senior Vice President of Transmission and President of Xcel Energy Transcos at Xcel Energy Inc. since May 2015 and since July 2015 respectively and also served as its Vice President of Transmission since March 31, 2010. Ms. Mogensen served as the Director of Transmission Asset Management and Business Relations at Xcel Energy Inc. until March 31, 2010. Prior to joining Xcel Energy in 2007, Ms. Mogensen spent seven years at the American Transmission Co. in Waukesha, Wis., where she held director positions in System Operations, Engineering and Construction, and Transmission Planning and Service. Ms. Mogensen holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from Marquette University.
