What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I'm getting paid above the normal rate plus getting several incentives to perform better at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Almost everything! I get to learn something new everyday and I really enjoy working. I don't get tired working for the company because I'm always motivated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straightforward with the questions and skills that they are looking for. Once they know that you are fit for the job, they'll let you know right away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are not forced to work more than the hours you need, giving you enough time to spend with your family and loved ones. You can always ask help from anyone from the company, from CEO down to each front line support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ximble's leadershiip team guides everyone to make sure that we reach our common goal. I've never seen a leadership team who gives attention to everyone in the company. The leadership team is open to suggestions and criticism and will always work to improve everything!
