What are some of the best things about your team?I love the people I work with on a daily basis. However, the corporate culture of Xperi is becoming too damaging to continue working here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?They offer great insurance and a good compensation package.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The leadership at Xperi is very California based, and doesn't seem to grasp that there is a whole world that doesn't have the same mindset - both employees and customers.
