XPO Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay was good that was all

Equity and the growth of the value of the equity

Equity compensation is very good especially with the share price being up this much.

401k insurance travel CC people service Tuition reimbursment

Review from Operations Dept

I love getting a bonus at the end of every month.

Healthcare plan, then salary would fall behind that

Review from Operations Dept

fixe et variable ainsi epargne salariale

Review from HR Dept

Bonus + Equity + Health care benefits

Review from IT Dept

RSU's have been the most lucrative part of my compensation at XPO. This is one of the big reasons I continue to work at XPO. I am obviously vested in the success of the company. I also value the medical benefits offered/provided by the company.

Review from Operations Dept

the best part is the performance Bonus

Review from Executive Dept

Bonus tied to results that I can influence.

Review from Sales Dept

our cash bonus, and the RSU's that are awarded

Review from Legal Dept

The best compensation part is annual bonus

Review from IT Dept

Provided with lots of choices

Review from Operations Dept

The uncapped bonus program is awesome!

Review from Sales Dept

Good health care coverage. 401K match could be 100-200 basis points higher. Monthly ESPP investments vs every six months would take advantage of dollar cost average. Bonus opportunities at a level or two below where they currently reside to engage all salaried personnel.

Review from Operations Dept

that I can see any doctor

Review from Admin Dept

It's a pay-for-performance culture. The better you do and the more you contribute, the more you're compensated.

Review from Communications Dept

quality and price is what i like about it.

Review from Operations Dept

what suits me best is my fixed remuneration....

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very under valued. I worked 55 hrs per week 6 days a week including Sundays.

Review from IT Dept

They make you feel like a tool

Review from Admin Dept

Zero validation, micro managing everyone to have chips on their shoulders

Treatment of staff and colleagues

GXO/XPO boasts equality and fairness, but that is far from the truth if you are not the minority. White males that are more than qualified are treated poorly and overlooked so that the company can hire the minority that are not qualified so they can fill their status quo.

Review from Operations Dept

Theres No security at XPO

Review from Operations Dept

More pay for the people tracking/tracing for the people making big commission.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel targeted due to me being sick for reasons that are personal that I can't speak on. Ever since I switched shifts, my old first supervisor, has tried to find ways to terminate me. And it has been over two weeks that she decides to take it to HR so i can talk about it even though a valid excuse.

Review from Customer Success Dept

My manager doesnt see what everyone i do, and the workload that i do. I do as much work as a "lead" but do not get paid lead pay

Review from Operations Dept

I think all strategic pricing analysts should be designated as seniors as the job scope is not only retain current business but also develop business.

Review from Admin Dept

I will not say in a survey.

Review from Finance Dept

I don't feel that executive level appreicate the loyalty and years of service. I feel valued by my immediate managers. I've also seen XPO take advantage of employees when they are seeking promotion - XPO does not compensate fairly for promotions. External hires can make more than the internal pro

Review from Finance Dept

Compared to my seniority, a revaluation of X% would be welcome

Review from Executive Dept

no significant salary evolution for last 2 years

Review from HR Dept

I do not feel undervalued, just under paid.

Review from Finance Dept

There should not be any partiality and politic within the team mates, , everyone should be rewarded for their work in terms of financial as well in the team meetings. people do over strech, work on weekends but we don't get the Overtime for that and for weekend working as well.

Review from Operations Dept

new recruits have higher salaries than employees with 15 years of seniority for the same know-how. My salary is good but should be higher.

Review from Operations Dept

The number of hours worked doesn't come close to the compensation or bonus paid. There is NO work life balance at the company. All work. 80+ hrs a week just to keep up.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe a yearly review of my work should be completed with my leadership team to see how far I have come and to discuss career advancement.

Review from Sales Dept

I get that early on, you have to earn your keep, however, when you're starting out and building a book of business, the amount of work that you have to put in to land your first load or secure recurring lanes doesn't seem to be compensated as such. Again, I understand you have to put in the work.
