XPO EU is changing strategic plans so many time, and informing about global modification every 6 months. They change their ideas from innovation to financil restriction etc... That's very complicate to be motivated every day

A toxic work environment is created by our General Manager. I feel he is more worried about making himself look good to the executives than to truly care about the operation. He treats people differently based on their age and ranking and sometimes he can be very demeaning.

There is lots of favoritism at XPO. People are promoted who don't deserve to be and the qualified are overlooked or given empty hope. My manager for instance was promoted while on maternity leave and now barely manages our team. She is not fit for management but promoted anyway.

Not exciting about going back to the office. Sitting in traffic for an hour to sit in a tiny, windowless cube for 9-10hrs a day under florescent lighting . Please allow hybrid work, let mgrs/directors make the call. It's a giant plus for quality of work/life balance
