I get paided time off and paided holidays

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 8 years of experience in the irrigation Industry and i just found out that someone who has less years then i do and isnt even a driver is making more then i am (who drives and has more knowledge)
I've been in the company for 8 plus years and have earned 4$ I have 25 years of experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworker are the reason i come to work not the manager
Personalities character traits and understanding of irrigation
They get the job done and they are good people.
They all know what should be done and how to do it
Team work equality friendship nice
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, respect, behavior and team work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers and a few managers
They are very understanding a praise their employees
Everyone greets everyone very friendly

New management team for office

It was okay i geuss
I was already hired just needed to fill out the paperwork
That they were fair and honest in their assessment of my overall work experience. They gave me a shot and I appreciate them for. Truly.

Management is disrespectful to employees and they like to make threats to their employees
