What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand the task at hand and give the crew workers all the tools needed to create the job not just half very difficult to get work done in the proper manner at least in Hackettstown New Jersey

I have over 8 years of experience in the irrigation Industry and i just found out that someone who has less years then i do and isnt even a driver is making more then i am (who drives and has more knowledge)

Communication, respect, behavior and team work.

I know time is money but there's not enough time given to do the task at hand and not enough crew personnel to complete the task crew leaders have a very tough time we need time and we need to be treated like grown ups Mr Phillips lacks that ability and he probably won't call me back this year becau
Management is disrespectful to employees and they like to make threats to their employees
