Helping residents. I came out of retirement for this job and being able to make someone's life easier is something that brings me joy

Toxic work environment, Bullies from the regional leadership all the way up to the top. They are all so out of touch with what really happens on site. Give them a 100%, and they ask whey not 110%. No show of appreciation to employees and you will be micromanaged to death.
