Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

REMOVE ALL PERQS FROM EXECS.

Because they took away my pay and still think they have the right to control me

Review from Product Dept

Creators are the lifeline of the company and should be treated as such.

Review from Product Dept

It would be better if I made more money

As many companies, they don't care about you, but about your current pay before making a decision. And HR lies about the real cost of living differences.

Content creators have recently been hit heavily with what is commonly called the "Ad-pocolypse" where many of us saw a huge downward trend in income because ads were no longer being played on many of our prior and present videos, even those that were advertiser friendly.

Review from Product Dept

paid less than my coworkers for the same job title and amount of work and projects. equal pay for equal work would make it feel more fair

Review from Communications Dept

I feel that this company doesn't value me or many others who work for them by setting up impossible rules for us to keep making money for them
