They should pay what they say and not pay less and than deny saying what they say at the beginning. Put it in writing
All other trucking companies make two to three dollars more than what we do
Equipment to old to operate
Bring us up to industry wages, get some decent equipment and stop 450 mile peddle runs. You are wearing the good worker out.

Need to care about the job and stop stealing time. This company has began to coddle the lazy and beat down the workers that get the freight deliver. Most linehaul drivers can' t even back a trailer up but you pat them on the back as if they are the backbone of the company.

I am now a licensed agent at globe life liberty national. We all try to have a positive attitude. I have always remembered Darren telling me if someone asks you how your doing tell them wonderful because nobody wants to hear negativity I use that advice every day
