People above profit! Safety must be above all other aspects of the companies priority; and must not be just a smokescreen. Our customers freight must be priority number two; not make our customer suffer and wait due to managements number game. Keep customers freight, moving consistently no hold over

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I was paid fairly and my benefits was unbelievable

at least my pension was paid up union

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Even though I am not the most satisfied with my pay rate; I would just be very very satisfied if my retirement was being paid at 100%. Retirement is the reason I chose the union freight industry to be my career,

They should pay what they say and not pay less and than deny saying what they say at the beginning. Put it in writing

All other trucking companies make two to three dollars more than what we do

Equipment to old to operate

Bring us up to industry wages, get some decent equipment and stop 450 mile peddle runs. You are wearing the good worker out.

Everybody in the company complains bout not getting raises EVERYDAY n how far behind in pay we are compared to other Top LTL companies

How about stop screaming yelling at other emoloyees throwing around anything they can get there hands on and its Allowed !

Need to care about the job and stop stealing time. This company has began to coddle the lazy and beat down the workers that get the freight deliver. Most linehaul drivers can' t even back a trailer up but you pat them on the back as if they are the backbone of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We stayed positive by sticking together telling jokes and talking about old times.

I am now a licensed agent at globe life liberty national. We all try to have a positive attitude. I have always remembered Darren telling me if someone asks you how your doing tell them wonderful because nobody wants to hear negativity I use that advice every day

Would have been great to have found people in certain places that knew how to run a business

Ceo and halfway down do not have clue

Morale is bery low .

Leader ship to show that they care, and willing to set the example, on how to work safe, and be accountable for the way our customers freight is loaded out, and to ensure that freight is delivered intact. Most of all not to put our health or lives in harms way, in any way, shape or form.

Get a better terminal manager so the morral of the men could go up and we could start working like we use to

Many things. They should be hiring ppl who have experience not ppl with No experience who get trained and move onward and upward to wherever else that isn't here
