Everybody in the company complains bout not getting raises EVERYDAY n how far behind in pay we are compared to other Top LTL companies
How about stop screaming yelling at other emoloyees throwing around anything they can get there hands on and its Allowed !
Need to care about the job and stop stealing time. This company has began to coddle the lazy and beat down the workers that get the freight deliver. Most linehaul drivers can' t even back a trailer up but you pat them on the back as if they are the backbone of the company.

Focusing on what the heck they are doing. Show up on time. Stop sabotaging other people and shifts because of the wedge management meant has put between them
A safety inspection and for their to be and followed/enforced operational and safety procedure. Hiring actual supervisors to monitor what is actually going on.
Re-training employees is very important
Our terminal manager only picks and chooses who he wants to have company meetings with most of us do not even get a company meeting and when we do we are told you to be quiet and just listen
