They should pay what they say and not pay less and than deny saying what they say at the beginning. Put it in writing
All other trucking companies make two to three dollars more than what we do

I was very undervalued as a 25 yr veteran. A week after my 25th work anniversary I was let go unfairly. Then yellow roadway merged and the roadway employees kept their jobs. Mr Hawkins was with another trucking company at that time. I know in my heart he would not have let that happen.

Drivers are undervalue for their work demand
Supervisors should make more money than dock workers, whether the dock worker has a CDL or not. Supervisors hold responsibility and they should be paid for it.
This company has so many people who have been there since their 20s. Now in their 50s and 60s it is a stale environment compared to their competition as far as pay.
This place hates its workforce.
No appreciation for my years of service. I have to clean up aftrr others even when they are still available to correct their own mistakes.

Im undervalued because they use the casual opportunity as a way to discriminate. Although i am the better worker, they have hired every other man over me! Keeping me at a lower pay, no benefit and no protection.
