Leader ship to show that they care, and willing to set the example, on how to work safe, and be accountable for the way our customers freight is loaded out, and to ensure that freight is delivered intact. Most of all not to put our health or lives in harms way, in any way, shape or form.
Get a better terminal manager so the morral of the men could go up and we could start working like we use to
Stop babying those that cant do the job. Fire them. Hold supervisors accountable for how routes are loaded and how freght is delivered. I dont think this company will make it thru the next contract because they will hire anyone that applies and do nothing to train them.
Clean out the higher up's
