What isn't going wrong? I have nothing positive to say

Everything. No communication, hostility, procedures are not followed for anything not even covid. The air is toxic from tired dust because no one actually sweeps the floor. Light cords/ plugs are hanging down everywhere The safety manager should take a look around if he exists

We don't worry about load quality. Air compressor out of commission for over a month.

No customer service. Tell delivery

Their freight is usually broken

We have very bad TM ... that plays favorites and he make up his own rules to fit what he wants and not follow the company rules
