They need to leave their archaic ways and step into the 21st century.
Clueless it seems and they are complacent. No wonder why they got a bailout for the federal government.
This company has so many people who have been there since their 20s. Now in their 50s and 60s it is a stale environment compared to their competition as far as pay.
It's always the management and hardly ever the worker bees. The classic class system is in play. Not once have I received a clear line of direction or expectation from the people in charge. However my contemporaries are really good at filling in the gaps for me when I have questions.
