A lot of favoritism between Roadway drivers and Yellow drivers...Which needs to stop and its WRONG!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fairness, newer equipment, more for the drives , company picnics, activities to build morale, better runs, more pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making fair choses across the board for everyone. Whether its calculating a drivers trip to calculating a drivers miles for the Million Mile Award!
