Assessing and weeding out problematic Leads, setting up better internal processes, reducing redundancy, better task to role assignment to maximize on talents and minimize administrative workload for specialists, more DEI based performance reviews, more consequences for poor leadership

Higher salary and relocation package
being paid for what is stated in the contract instead as working hours

They are just a pleasure to work with. Supportive, friendly, fun, helpful, active and problem-solving.

I give care how or when they will ever improve on anything
collaborate more raher than being in a constant competition.this triggers ineficiencies and a bully culture

What did you like most about the interview process?
People where open and honest
Interview process was structured and everyone was friendly
It didnt stand out as innovative just routine and not as informative as others
being interviewed by multiple persons gives a more objective overview of the candidate potential

Co-workers, problem-solving, personal development, interesting projects
Currently the work environment is so toxic that no one enjoys the work anymore
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Evaluate your leads and trim the fat! Dont let bullys get promoted. Dont allow retaliation terminations just because the country laws / culture allows it.
