Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We wear many hats and are paid below market rate. It is only now that the HR team is paying for software to benchmark salaries
What needs to change to make the company culture better?we need to be clear on RoR of the teams. for too long, leadership has said that "we" as the employes just need to figure it out. In these cases, it never does get figured out. For a mid-size company it feels impossible to get the right answers without getting ping-pong around a few times
