- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Culture? Ziegler is impressed by one thing and one thing only. Money. If you are not producing revenue you are not apart of their culture.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The union members are a good group of people to vent too. However we are not represented by our local union and our management does not see us as individuals. You are ziegler not anything else.
