No, Zillow it self does not have no dog policy, it's the RIC building that preventing the employee from brining the dog to the office.

How flexible is your work schedule at Zillow?
Fairly. I need to leave by 5 to take care of the kids and I'm allowed to do that with no reservation. I get in earlier than most in the tech org. There are others that come in 1.5 hours after I do. Flexible, though with some reasonable expectations.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Zillow?
Professionalism in the work place. Zillow is an amazing company to work for and should not be taken advantage for having an amazing culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Zillow?
The company undervalues IT employees in favor of overcompensating developers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at Zillow?
I do the same thing 200 times a day. Special projects should be offered more frequently without the consequence of receiving a lower bonus.
