Pay is well below market standard. Watching the stock value tank makes the stock options a horrible benefit.

There is a strong dichotomy between men and women at this company. Simply said, advancement for women in high positions is literally non-existent or to advance is an uphill battle.
I was told that in place of a raise I would have monthly and annual bonuses..... I overachieved what was asked and received nothing but excuses when I asked about my bonuses.
