Assisting the new applicates that enter, and not be so cocky, you can see the giant chip on the shoulder
Explain the different processes and follow thru with the process
giving growth opportunities to employees including organizing sessions for employees to join
Better Pay!! Also raises and bonuses need to be better!
i feel that the bonus structure can be improved given that their competitors gives better bonus
Bigger salary , bigger bonus
Pay is well below market standard. Watching the stock value tank makes the stock options a horrible benefit.
lack of resources, doing the opposite of what is reccomended and stuck in a good boy network.
Zimmer does not effectively train their employees. The education at Zimmer is the worst in the industry.
Work harder and leave the joking for after work, cause if you work fast they won’t care for y
Coworkers need training and better direction and resources from the manager to effectively manage and complete projects. We could work better if work is delegated across dept evenly and by skill set, and reflected fairly in title and compensation
Everyone is for themselves and nobody wants to help for the common good, going home on time!
Review from Sales Dept
communication and stop acting as if you know everything....most are new ppl
Review from Operations Dept
The culture at Zimmer makes it a horrible place to work. Management is unavailable, and often puts employees against each other.
Clean house, production can be much more productive and less cocky
Follow the established processes and guidlines
Ethical leadership that is fair. Also have IT leadership know a little about technology.
management who trusts ppl and talks to us
Review from Operations Dept
Have the people doing the interviews have an understanding of what the job is actually about
HR Managers and reps should be fair and welcoming to all candidates and show bias at the greeting. Interview questions are antiquated and should be more reflective of what the company/dept is really looking for to fit with the org culture and business need.
People who interview should know the skill they are asking about in interviews
Don't use an outside company that has little knowledge of the company, buildings and people. It feels very impersonal.
The position for which I applied closed & was instructed to apply for different job which I did. then told to apply for another job. Should have to apply for one job - not 3.
New management, fresh workers, don’t hold back on improving how to instruction, to increase productivi
Generally Lacking opportunities for growth.
The dept manager does not sponsor teamwork or provide effective direction, presents team indiv contributions as his own ideas. Project management can be improved, transparency and communication about dept goals and strategies can be improved. Dept Diversity/Inclusion can be better-team and mgmt
Leadership is unfair and unethical
CEO and director of operations shut the Cambridge facility down too early
