Better decisions are required , kindly move away from.mediocrity in leadership and move away from.mindset that customer will come begging asking for Zoom subscription like in COVID. Stop wasting resources on bad and ineffective marketing events and build better sales strategy . Less politics please.

We are undergoing growing pains due to exponential growth. Our leadership needs to work on and establish better processes and make basic information more accessible.

Promotions are very frustrating. Have to be in your role for a full year before even being considered. Tenured employees are paid extremely low compared to new employees, proving the company doesn't care about retaining those who have been with them through all phases.

They only just last year started to match 401K contributions.
