Better decisions are required , kindly move away from.mediocrity in leadership and move away from.mindset that customer will come begging asking for Zoom subscription like in COVID. Stop wasting resources on bad and ineffective marketing events and build better sales strategy . Less politics please.
We are undergoing growing pains due to exponential growth. Our leadership needs to work on and establish better processes and make basic information more accessible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are very frustrating. Have to be in your role for a full year before even being considered. Tenured employees are paid extremely low compared to new employees, proving the company doesn't care about retaining those who have been with them through all phases.

International markets do not have as many resources as domestic, but INTL has higher quotas.

happiness was a corporate hoax. Happiness was only based on high financial achievements due to Covid generating high demand for Zoom services. Many line managers should care about their team growth and wellbeing

There has been a massive shift in culture from the leadership team since 2021. It has been awful and it the most stereotypically greedy crap.
Ability to move up and pay people fairly
They expect everyone has unlimited energy
