    Remember that individual contributors matter. Backfill positions so we aren't all super burned out. Allow us to ask questions post company update without being censored. Be open and honest ie celebrating the intern summit when tons of people got covid feels dishonest

    I am doing the same work ss people getting paid 20k more than I am, I am qualified for the same job at other companies that pay way more, and we have folks still paid hourly that get very little sick time and vacation time and can't participate in product time off due to no vacation time
