One of the 1st community meetings that covered covid the leadership openly discussed punishment for employees who contracted covid. I lost all respect for leadership. They showed they do not care about the employees.
We have no standards. We need more staff. We need people to follow our processes. We spend more time correcting things that were not submitted properly. Staff requesting more access than they need. Incomplete or vague requests. Cerecore not triaging tickets properly.
Insurance benefits are for Ardent facilities. That does not help me if I'm in Tennessee. We are not being paid fair market value for the work we do. We are understaffed and back logged. Leadership is not innovative when in it comes to keeping staff. We lost faith in leadership during covid.
