The cost of living is so high, it would make it a lot easier to stay ahead at work if worrying about finances was not as big of an issue. I know this is a nation wide issue but I cannot say I have not personally felt it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of engagement of a portion of executive leadership, negative environment in some locations/departments. Need buy in and visibility of executive leadership so that employees can feel like they care.

Leadership and even management need to listen to the concerns of the employees that are deep in it each day. Systems, especially HRIS, need to be re-vamped. There is little to no formal training.
