As a "people first" company I have yet to see the people be put first in my department. They would do well to address the systemic toxicity and instead of bottom line numbers listen to what the employees are actually saying.

Clear communication for ALL employees for ALL shifts.

Clear decision making. The rollout of the different department reorganizations seems choppy with little alignment from team to team. There was communication that a reorg is coming but then silence and small department changes that don't seem to align with overall plans.

Fair policies for ALL employees. Favoritism is overwhelming in this unit of the hospital. The staff is running the unit and when they don't like something they choose to get rid of the leader instead of attempting to make any changes that will help the unit.

Relaxed environment. I appreciate that my manager (AVP) has confidence of my investment and outcome of my work. I really appreciate the hybrid work environment that is supported by my manager. He actively works on our behalf to ensure that we have a physical location to work out of.

The workload is too much. No work/life balance. The time off policy for corporate salaried employees is awful.

We have corporate leadership that does not respect or value the employees they have. For example, they take credit for individuals work. There is a lack of communication on major projects and theme of disrespect. Ardent has the ability to be a great culture, which I experienced with division leaders
