Our leadership team is open to hearing your ideas and concerns. I would not feel intimated by approaching anyone in the organization.

Our team celebrates our differences and recognizes equally our accomplishments. After team led meetings and projects, we are open to feedback, positive and constructive.

Fair and gender equal compensation is a reflection of the appreciation the company and leadership have for you. Verbal recognition is affirming - financial recognition shows that they will find a way to compensate you for your skill and knowledge that contributes to the success of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Relaxed environment. I appreciate that my manager (AVP) has confidence of my investment and outcome of my work. I really appreciate the hybrid work environment that is supported by my manager. He actively works on our behalf to ensure that we have a physical location to work out of.
