Need better support and tools for managing remote employees. Need a clear remote policy that includes minimum technology standards that a remote employee must have to work at Ardent. Need to make it easier/faster to acquire access and tools to do our jobs.

The IT team are the first boots on the ground when there is an aquisition or go live of a new department or building. Not one administrator or executive team member has ever complimented or acknowledged the hard work that is always put in by the IT team.

One of the 1st community meetings that covered covid the leadership openly discussed punishment for employees who contracted covid. I lost all respect for leadership. They showed they do not care about the employees.

Ardent salaries are not in line with the market. I would have expected that a health care company would have offered exceptional health benefits. Benefits are good but could be much better.

People that have been working for our hospital for the past 20 years are being let go or their position has been disolved to save money. We are treated like a number or treated like we are expendable and treated like a valued team member.

From my perspective there doesn't appear to be any intra departmental drama or conflict between team members. Everyone seems to work together and support each other pitching in when and where needed.

Im not getting paid. We have been saying this for every survey for 2 years. No one reads these things. No real changes are made.

Need to take the vision and taylor it to each department. I understand we are a hospital company, but different departments need to be communicated with differently. Not every department is clinical.

Organizationally, there is no leadership ownsership. Leaders will respond to the squeaky wheel but there is no requirement to keep things consistent. So the loudest end user gets the most assistance or recognition from leadership. Workflows should not be defined by IT but instead supported

We have no standards. We need more staff. We need people to follow our processes. We spend more time correcting things that were not submitted properly. Staff requesting more access than they need. Incomplete or vague requests. Cerecore not triaging tickets properly.
