I really like it. I do want to be paid more, have more PTO, and better healthcare benefits. I lost out on a lot of benefits when I moved from the local market to Ardent. We have been told that 'people' are looking into it, but nothing has happened in that arena.

Everyone seems kind and wants better themselves.

I'm able to develop leadership skills and be creative in solving problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to knowledge share and help each other out. It's amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm able to help fix issues that arise and get individuals back on track for their day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay a lot for health insurance each month/year and then I have to spend more when I need surgery and other medical things like diagnostics. Everything is expensive.
