I make way less in my position than others I know doing the same work. But I stay because I love the culture at the company and my team members.

I've gotten perfect performance reviews for 5 years straight, there has been not a one raise in my small team (yes, in my dept). Each time our manager is promoted, his former role is removed and our team has never had any opportunity for promotions even after we express interest.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of true professionals at the top of their game. They are constantly bringing their best and encourage everyone to do the same. We work together, feed off each other's energy. It's wonderful to work with top tier talent working together to make us all better.

My team is very focused on themselves and not working as a team, they are constantly making group discussions about themselves and how busy they are but complain about being busy and the lack of change and collaboration, its frustrating.

I love the team culture we've created. Our values are expressed in everything we do. It's more than teamwork it's growth. We learn from each other and it makes us all better. We're high-performers, eager to do more and be better. It's wonderful knowing what I do matters.

We are always encouraged to take time for ourselves and to speak up when something is off. I always feel comfortable telling my manager when things are going wrong or when I need help.

I work from home so this one is a bit hard. I do appreciate that they allow me to work from out of state. The culture is inclusionary and accepting. I've been to the offices and they are beautiful. I would love to work in the office if I lived in town.

Needs to be diversity of thought, there is one clear agenda that is being pushed in this organization which is pushing out loyal, hardworking employees. Figure out how to better support physicians, providers, other employees and patients who don't agree with vaccination mandates.
