Ardent is a wonderful place to work. Marty is a really great CEO and you can feel how diversity and culture is really important to him. And right now that matters more than ever. They are very open about things going on in the company. I have the best boss I have ever had. He's wonderful.

I love what I do so much it's not like going to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No animosity, no drama, no problems. We all really enjoy each other and work well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how diverse the leadership team is and how they care about making people feel secure and included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make way less in my position than others I know doing the same work. But I stay because I love the culture at the company and my team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so this one is a bit hard. I do appreciate that they allow me to work from out of state. The culture is inclusionary and accepting. I've been to the offices and they are beautiful. I would love to work in the office if I lived in town.
