Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid equally. People with more pay compensation produces less work than I do with the lowest pay in the department.

Most of us in our clinic are doing jobs that normally would be handled by multiple people and our pay should reflect this.

They raised the minimum wage for low paying workers to $15 but didn't raise those a little over that pay scale any. Seemed a bit unfair.

The Referral team works as a team and helps each other out. I look forward to coming to work everyday

we don't work as a team, information is shared to some not at all. Lead gives wrong information causing errors to employees and will not take accountability but gives excuses
