Positives: Challenging work, Working Remotely, fair Pay. Negative: lack of clear ownership of issues. In IT I do not see women promoted and know several very strong mgrs left Ardent for this reason. My team has gone from supporting 20 to now 30 hospitals with no addt'l staff. Working 12+ hrs/day

This question is way too broad. I have heard our CEO and Medical Director on Town Hall calls and I am very impressed with their leadership and communication with employees. Any leadership under them through to my direct manager, I am not familiar with.
