To feel like you are a part of a larger cause of helping people. Even though I'm not in direct patient care, I know the work I do will directly make a difference in a patient's life, you just want to make sure it's for the better.
Even though we work remotely, we form personal bonds and they have always been there to assist when needed. I've never had an issue I wanted to discuss and someone was too busy to help me and pushed me off to someone else. They are always there to help and very positive interactions.
I like how it's a smaller company than where I came from and we hear from the CFO every month in an all hands meeting. We hear the direction the company is going, goals we have and the accomplishments we make as a team. We feel valued as an interictal part of the future of the company.
The helpful nature of the company and the small meetings we have weekly that make you feel like they care about you as an individual. We don't talk shop, we just talk about our lives, share pictures, and become closer to all the people from the VP down. Makes you comfortable to go to them when need.
