US leadership team is good. A few of India's leadership team is not good. They are not motivational but rather an ordering kind of nature. They are from very old schools trying to implement the same in the modern era.

It depends on the team. One team is absolutely fine and they catch up and my messages reach them. But another team with new talents does not reach them. One team takes full responsibility and another team does not take it even after spoon-feeding them.

The first thing and the very important thing is to give the salary increments to all the employees up to the market value. Conduent's well experienced people are never ever has been at the market value and not even close to new employees. The well experienced employees are as if they are outdated.
