We have long term retention in our department and everyone is very knowledgeable.
Our department is mostly positive on day to day interactions. It would be nice if the company provided a lunch or event for team building.
Yearly raises are non-existent also there is no feedback. Performance reviews do not reflect yearly or cost of living raises. Communication and transparency on raises would be great. I work part time at another company & they give gifts for 5, 10, 15, 20 years of employment. This helps retain ppl.
