- I have friends in the team - they are supportive when work is overwhelming (quantity or difficulty) - we are good at different things and we can sometimes learn from each other

- knowledge above requirements - hard working (at the beginning of the project, they proved themselves brilliant and were helpful for the teams we support so much more than we were required to) - good character for all of them, some of them very good friends

The team I am part of needs new laptops. We waste a lot of time restarting and checking frozen screens.I would personally prefer that to the T-shirts with Conduent/chocolate we receive on special occasions. The work-related problems are difficult to solve, I understand. We might need a new colleague

There is no such thing as salary raise or extra holiday after some years in the company (in other countries, the legislation is better, so the situation differs). The only solution to inflation is to leave the company. There are jobs paid almost double on the market for the same level.

My direct manager is a lovely person. I could not expect more of a superior, both professionally and personally. I did not leave this job because of her. For the.. greater superiors, our problems, suggestions and struggles did not seem to reach them in any way when we spoke out, even when important.

Just the hard-working, organized people that are also friendly to the team. From the theory I've listened in meetings, while I was working on many tasks at once, I haven't gained much, I confess. The culture of the company, for my humble self at least, is the culture of the people I am working with

Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?

-I have to have some extra activities to earn money aside my job - There were times I (together with some of my colleagues) used to work so much overtime and I am still recovering from that - I need to wait for my laptop to restart or work after it freezes too much of the time
